Private local PDF to PNG
PDFine can render PDF pages and export them as PNG. It is a good option when you need maximum sharpness for screenshots, diagrams, forms, or pages with fine text.
When to use PNG
- When you prioritize sharpness over file size.
- When the page contains text, diagrams, screenshots, or fine lines.
- When you want to avoid JPEG compression artifacts.
Privacy and limits
PNG is usually heavier than JPG. On long documents, exporting many pages at high resolution can use memory and generate large ZIP files.
The output is a rasterized image: it preserves the visual appearance of the page, but not selectable text.
Recommended flow
- Open PDFine.
- Load the PDF.
- Choose pages, resolution, and PNG format.
- Review the preview and download the result.
