By using PDFine, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

PDFine provides browser-based PDF tools for editing, conversion and document automation, prioritizing local processing and offline operation where feasible.

3. Permitted use

• Use must comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
• Use for malware, fraud, abuse or intellectual property infringement is prohibited.
• The user warrants they have legal grounds to process uploaded documents.

4. Intellectual property and unauthorized use

• PDFine, its brand, design, software and content are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.
• Only a limited license to use the service is granted; no ownership rights over code, brand, or content are transferred.
• Copying, reselling, sublicensing, commercial cloning, or substantial reuse of PDFine assets without express written authorization is prohibited.

5. User responsibility

• Validate outputs before legal, tax, medical, financial or regulated use.
• Maintain your own backups and document control procedures.
• Verify signature, archival or compliance requirements for your sector/country.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFine and its owner are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss or service interruptions arising from use of the service.

7. Service changes

PDFine may modify features or these terms for technical, legal or security reasons.

8. Suspension for abuse

Access may be limited when abusive, unlawful or security-threatening usage is detected.
